When in COVID outbreak (which has been majority of the time recently) the resident testing/reporting, staff testing, vaccine reporting for residents and staff, scheduling and running booster clinics, tracking and reporting positives through case reports, PPE and hand hygiene audits, keeping up with isolation days/return dates etc. How do you not get overwhelmed and manage your time related to the other duties of your job– antibiotic stewardship, regular infection tracking, other vaccinations, inservices, etc? Just curious on other IP’s methods.
