This resource is intended for use in nursing homes and other long-term care settings where linens are processed and/or managed.  It provides an action plan template, which can be customized, for facilities to use to initiate interventions to improve staff knowledge/compliance, identify RCA associated with non-compliance, and document actions and improvements.  It may be used in conjunction with the Safe Linen and Laundry Management Audit Tool.
