Clinicians

The primary care and specialty practices participating in the Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) program receive assistance from the Health Quality Innovation Network (HQIN) to build increased capacity for quality improvement and empower patients to become more involved in managing their own health. They receive tools, training and data analysis from Health Quality Innovators or one of our locally based HQIN improvement partners, Constellation Quality Health or the Kansas Healthcare Collaborative, to improve clinical processes and implement programs to maximize reimbursement.
