Join the Health Quality Innovation Network (HQIN) to learn about our no-cost technical assistance available to help your hospital improve patient outcomes and propel your performance in key areas like hospital-acquired infections, readmissions, sepsis, venous thromboembolism, ventilator-associated events and more. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) funds Health Quality Innovators, which leads HQIN, to provide this support as a Hospital Quality Improvement Contractor (CQIC).
If your hospital participated in the Hospital Improvement Innovation Network (HIIN) program, this is your opportunity to learn how you can continue making progress and receiving expert support. Hospitals new to quality improvement are encouraged to join, too, to learn how our team of experts can help you implement processes associated with safer, more effective care. This session will also highlight the additional benefits of HQIN membership such as monthly data reports that trend your performance over time, coaching from a dedicated Quality Improvement Advisor, peer learning opportunities and more.
This event is being offered at two times on October 29 for you to attend at your convenience.
