Dana leads our local team as vice president responsible for Missouri operations. She is passionate about helping health care organizations and providers implement quality improvement interventions that enhance care processes, ensure patient safety and deliver better health outcomes. Her nearly 20 years in quality improvement includes leading medication safety and behavioral health initiatives.

Dana is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer and served on the Board of Examiners for the Missouri and Kansas Quality Award Program under the Midwest Excellence Institute.
